Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the "Talk to us" form, we collect your full name, work email and company, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, job title, your area of interest and your message. We also record which page you sent the form from.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not set cookies of our own.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and follow up about MajorDomo products and services you asked about.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our sales inbox.
• Microsoft Azure hosts the website.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site; your browser requests them directly from Google.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete it or keep only what we must for legal or record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

• California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
• Residents of the EEA, UK and Switzerland may also object to or restrict processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Our legal basis for handling enquiry information is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
• Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including to access, correct and erase their personal data and to nominate another person to exercise these rights.

To make a request, email sales@majordomosystems.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

International transfers

MajorDomo Inc. is based in the United States and works with its affiliate MajorDomo Systems India Private Limited in Chennai, India. Our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
