One gateway. Any model. Every guardrail.
An enterprise AI gateway that sits in the path of AI interactions to secure access, enforce policy and deliver full observability across every model, agent and MCP interaction.
AI adoption has outpaced AI governance.
API keys sprawl across teams. Spend is invisible. Policy is unenforceable. Traditional API gateways were built for HTTP, not tokens, prompts, models or agents. The result is security exposure, runaway cost and no auditability across AI workloads in production.
Access, policy, visibility and cost in one place.
Provider routing & fallbacks
Route by cost, latency or capability across 100+ managed and private endpoints. Swap providers and set budgets in configuration, with automatic fallback on degradation and no code changes.
Prompt management
Version prompts separately from code. Update a prompt without a deployment, and roll it back on its own.
Access control & key management
Workspace- and project-scoped virtual keys, agent-specific key isolation, RBAC with SSO, provider key masking, and central rotation and revocation without disrupting consumers.
Policy & governance engine
Model allow and deny lists by team or workload, hard token and budget limits, policy-driven routing with fallbacks, and prompt-injection, jailbreak and PII protection.
Observability & audit
Session-level traces across tool calls, reasoning steps and MCP interactions, immutable audit logs, and alerting on spend, latency and error anomalies.
Cost governance & chargeback
Real-time spend dashboards, hard stops before overage, chargeback by team or cost center, and token analytics with spend forecasting.
Route to any provider through one endpoint
Getting started with the AI Gateway.
Can we start with just the gateway?
Yes. The AI Gateway is the natural entry point to AgenticOps. Evals, release management and governance can be added as your AI programme matures, on the same control plane.
We already use Portkey or LiteLLM. Is it hard to move?
The MajorDomo gateway is compatible with the OpenAI API. Most teams move their gateway traffic over in a day.
Do you support private model endpoints?
Yes. Any OpenAI-compatible API, including self-hosted models served through vLLM, Ollama or custom servers.
Is there a trial?
Yes. We set up your environment and walk through the platform with your team.

How it connects to Operational Intelligence
The gateway is where approved knowledge becomes enforced policy: which models, which limits, which guardrails. Every interaction it governs is traced, so Operational Intelligence can learn from how AI is actually used.
